The department specializes in invasive and non-invasive diagnostiсs, catheter ablation and surgical treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders, cardiac pacing in patients with bradyarrhythmias, regardless of age, including infants.

Not only endocardial, but also epicardial methods are used in newborns and patients with complex congenital heart defects.

Combined simultaneous operations are performed in patients with heart defects and arrhythmias under cardio-pulmonary bypass.

Cardioverter-defibrillators are implanted in order to prevent sudden (arrhythmic) death.

Open heart surgery of various forms of atrial fibrillation;

Surgical treatment of heart rhythm disorders combined with heart defects and coronary artery disease;

Reimplantation of electrodes or changing electrodes position, including open heart surgery;

Implantation and reimplantation of cardiac resynchronization devices (biventricular pacemakers and cardioverter-defibrillators);

Implantation of Reveal - long-term heart rhythm monitoring device;
