Minimally invasive surgery of acquired heart valve diseases (using various options for mini-accesses and video-assisted equipment), including the use of valve-sparing techniques. Surgical treatment of heart valve pathology in adults, including those with infectious complications (endocarditis) and concomitant pathology; of heart tumors. Surgical treatment of aneurysms and dissections of the ascending aorta and arch (also using valve-sparing techniques), re-replacement of heart and aortic valves.
