Sphere of scientific and practical interests

Diagnostics of congenital and acquired heart defects, aorta diseases, heart rhythm abnormalities, CAD, cardiomyopathies using modern ultrasound diagnostic methods. The use of transesophageal echocardiography, 3D echocardiography, tissue velocity imaging, Speckle tracking, Vector Flow mapping methods. Stress- echocardiography, dyssinchrony evaluation, and also echocardiography guidance during endovascular operations at LAA occlusion, intraprosthetic fistula, Mitra Clip and TAVI implantation. Ultrasound diagnostics of abdominal organs, kidneys, thyroid and mammary glands.   

Scientific activity

The author of more than 185 scientific papers, 1 monograph and 1 manual. Associate Professor at the chair of Cardiology, functional and ultrasound diagnostics with a course in pediatric cardiology.

Doctor Mironenko is an expert at healthcare specialists accreditation center of ultrasound diagnostics and a director of further education courses of ultrasound diagnostics.

Personal achievements

Awarded the Academician V.I.Burakovsky medal and Russian Ministry of Health commendation as the best specialist of ultrasound diagnostics.
