The group of international scientific programmes support and development of scientific basis of cooperation with foreign countries

The laboratory of support of international scientific programmes and the basis of cooperation with foreign countries was founded in 1985. It was later reorganized into the Group.

International cooperation:

• reception of foreign specialists coming to the Russian Federation (issuance of visa invitations in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, correspondence with foreign guests, negotiations with Russian consulates and Russian representative offices abroad);

• issuance of entry study visas for foreign students (residency, postgraduate studies) in the Department of Migration service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia;

• support of business trips abroad (issuance of new foreign passports and visas for the Center employees);

• consecutive interpretation and translation;

• cooperation with foreign cardiac surgery centers;

International medical tourism:

• participation in the development of the Entrance international medical tourism programme:

• issuance of entry visas for foreign patients planning their treatment in the Center (the Department of internal migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia);

• registration of the foreign patients, hospitalized to the Center (the Department of internal migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia).

The international cooperation is carried out in a close collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
